Mikaela Fagerlund

Mikaela is an experienced general dentist who aims to have an as peaceful atmosphere as possible in her dental practice. Mikaela always tries to make treatment decisions taking into account the patient's wishes as well as the budget. Mikaela believes in a long term relationship with the patient, with an emphasis on preventive care. Mikaela enjoys problem solving, and finds the more challenging the patient, the more rewarding the working day. Mikaela graduated as a dentist from the University of Helsinki in 2010 and serves on the board of the dental association OSF. 

Mikaela is well known for treating fearful patients and is able to create a calm and trusting environment, which helps patients overcome their fears. Aesthetic dental care is also close to Mikaela's heart. Mikaela has been performing Invisalign orthodontic treatments since 2019 and also performs more extensive anterior laminate and crown treatments. 

She likes to spend her free time at the sea, at the cottage or travelling with her family. Mikaela has four children. The most recent addition to the family are twins, and Mikaela warmly welcomes families with multiple births to her practice.
